Jennings Hopkins entered the market with a clear ambition. To establish a boutique real estate brand that felt elevated, considered and deeply connected to the South West.

Our role was to ensure that ambition extended well beyond the logo.

Every aspect of the visual identity was designed to create a cohesive experience, from the bespoke brand elements and considered typography through to a broad suite of printed and digital collateral, signage, social media templates and vehicle graphics. Together, they form a brand that feels refined, recognisable and at home across every touchpoint.

There's a quiet confidence to Jennings Hopkins that we wanted the brand to reflect. Professional without feeling corporate. Premium without feeling distant. Contemporary while remaining grounded in the region it calls home.
